  • What is an Adult Day Health Care Program?
    An Adult Day Health Care Program is a community-based Adult Service proving a variety of Health, Therapeutic and Social Services designed to serve the needs of the elderly and physically impaired adults to maximize and/or maintain their independence. By enrolling in the program, participants can improve or maintain their Physical & Mental mobility and function.
  • Who pays for the Program?
    The Program is paid for by Medi-Cal (Your Insurance) as well as these plans; -Health Net -LA Care -Kiaser Permanente -Molina Health Care -Anthem Blue Cross -Cares First
  • What if I/they don't have or don't qualify for Insurance?
    We also accept private payments (Private Pay) for those who don't have insurance or don't qualify! You will work with us Directly to plan the best program for you or your loved one.
  • Do you provide Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks?"
    Our center provides 2 balanced meals and a snack each day of attendance and each meal has the participants diets in mind. Upon Sign up you will meet and speak with our Dietician to discuss your current diet and let us provide you with a special diet plan. 3 Delicious meals are provided daily: Breakfast, Snack, and Lunch. Center will provide dietary counseling and education.
  • What kind of activities do you offer at your facility?
    We have a wide assortment of activities planned daily for our participants! Some Examples are;​​ -Individual and group exercise -Therapeutic recreational activities -Cognitive exercises & brain teasers -Guest speakers & live entertainment -Weekly trips and excursions -Monthly birthday parties -Painting and crafts -Bingo, billiards & much more!
  • Do you provide Transportion?
    The center will provide transportation to and from the participants home and the facility.​ We will also offer transportation to and from care homes, and nusring facilities.
  • Is your center bilingual?
    Yes, we have staff that speak a variety of languages.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Program Hours M-F 8:00 am - 2:30 pm Office Hours M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • What are the therapies your center offers?
    We provide muscle, nerve, joint and functional tests. (Occupational Therapy) We provide treatment to relieve pain, develop and restore function. (Physical Therapy) We Guide participant in the use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities for improving function. We provide daily individual and group exercises. We also provide Speech Therapy for those in need.
  • Do you offer Mental Health Services? (Dementia, Alzheimer's)"
    We offer care to participants with specific mental health needs. We have a Team Consisting of a Psychiatrist and a Licenised Clinical Social Worker and an array Aides on staff, to help meet your/their needs and develop a specfic treatment plan.
  • What are the Goals of the Program?
    Our goals are to provide an indiviudelaized program designed to meet your specific needs that will maintian your pyhsical and mental health and will privide help in mainingtaing your undoendece.
  • Do you have an outdoor Patio Space?
    Yes! We have a custom built patio space that is a little oasis that allows our participants to get some fresh air and catch some sun!
