Our Occupational & Physical Therapists will work you to to improve your physical health and allow you to have a more active & healthy lifestyle.

Some of those services include: 

• Provides muscle, nerve, joint and functional tests. 

• Provides treatment to relieve pain, develop and restore function.

• Guides participant in the use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities for improving function. 

• Provides daily individual and group exercises

We offer social service programs like individual and group counseling to direct you to community resources that you need. Our team of social workers also: 

• Provide clients with relevant therapy and psychotherapy

• Assess and diagnose clients with psychological conditions

• Administer interventions and evidence-based treatment

• Oversee case management

  We will provide an array of mental and social services  designed to maximize the independence of those who are experiencing significant problems with their health and mental abilities.. We have staff trained in Dementia And Alzheimer's to provide the necessary care needed. We will work with you to put together an individual plan to serve you or your loved ones needs.
